摘要: Pre-treatment Serum Beta 2-microglobulin (S B2-m) and OKT4/OKT8 Ratio (T4/T8 R) were studied in 15 patients with Mycosis Fungoides (MF) 10 subjects Chronic Superficial Benign Dermatitis (CSBD) order to verify whether these parameters may lend support an earlier differential diagnosis. S B2-m levels T4/T8 R showed no significant difference CSBD as compared normal controls. MF displayed elevated values comparison healthy controls suffering from (P < 0.001). After photochemotherapy (PUVA), markedly decreased observed all but two who proved be unresponsive PUVA treatment. On the basis of reported data, can regarded additional tool discriminate when clinical histological features are not significantly diagnostic.
