摘要: MicroRNAs (miRs) are involved in many aspects of cell biology, including proliferation and apoptosis, two critical tumor biology. We investigated the effect miR-711 on Bcl-2 expression human MGC803 gastric cancer cells mechanism proliferation, invasion. Expression was significantly increased adenocarcinoma compared to adjacent normal tissue. Inhibition decreased Bcl-2, invasion ability, apoptosis. The protein correlated with clinical staging, lymph node metastasis, differentiation patients cancer. positively suggesting that co-regulated development
