摘要: Conversion electron Mossbauer Spectroscopy (CEMS) measurements were made on a ZnO single crystal sample implanted at room temperature (RT) with of 145 and 345 keV 59Co ions respective fluences 1.15×1016 ions/cm 2 4.17×1016 2, followed by implantation 60 57Fe to fluence 0.50×1016/cm yield ‘box-shaped’ profile Co + Fe concentration about 3.2 at. %. CEM spectra collected after annealing the up 973 K. The K are similar observed in other CEMS studies ZnO, but show dramatic change step; it is dominated doublet component fit parameters typical 3+. Magnetization curves anneal hysteresis, small residual magnetization RT that increases 4 saturation was approximately 0.33 μ B/CoFe ion, good agreement observations for 5–8 nm sized nanoclusters ZnO.
