摘要: From 535 endomyocardial biopsies (87 heart transplant recipients) 283 cell cultures could be generated. All tested contained T lymphocytes and in most cases CD4 was the predominant phenotype at any time posttransplant. A significantly higher proportion of CD8-dominated found among from without myocytolysis. In first 3 months post 57% showed cytotoxicity against both class I II mismatched donor major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigens, changing to an incidence 33% greater than 90 days. This proved due a significant decrease number with human leukocyte antigen II-directed cytotoxicity. study shows that early after transplantation is infiltrated activated donor-specific cytotoxic cells which recognize broad spectrum MHC this becomes more restricted.
