摘要: The effects of Ti-doping on the decomposition behavior, crystal structure, sintering behavior and dielectric properties have been investigated for Ti-doped BiFeO3 ceramics derived from molten salt method. XRD reveals almost pure phase is synthesized in powders. And particle size powers obviously decreases with increase Ti content. However, temperature elevates significantly after Ti-doping. DC resistivity can enhance by up to four orders magnitude (from 104 108 Ωm) only 5 at% doping. But constant suppressed 102, loss reduces a small amount variation has discussed phase. effectively suppress reaction ceramics.
