摘要: Abstract A fluorometric method for the estimation of catecholamines in blood and tissues is described. preliminary chromatographic separation on alumina followed by automatic analysis employed. With this technique it possible to estimate both total noradrenaline specifically sample containing as little 0.02 μg amines. The results a number analyses animal are given.
