摘要: A physiological artifact reduction method based on extracting respiratory motion and cardiac pulsation directly from functional MR data is described. In fast low angle shot (FLASH), cycles are derived utilizing the phase of center a navigator echo, in echo-planar imaging (EPI) k-space point. Cardiac determined projections obtained echo (FLASH) line (EPI). Because direct extraction parameters eliminates need for external monitoring, can be more readily implemented. Experimental results illustrate that technique provides effective compensation physiology-related signal fluctuations MRI performs as well retrospective using monitoring.
