摘要: There is now a new pathway and examination for sleep medicine, sponsored by the American Board of Internal Medicine, number accredited medicine fellowship programs through Accreditation Council Graduate Medical Education. This review takes an historical approach to discuss process education physiology disorders not only in postgraduate period but also at all levels instruction. In reality, there continuum knowledge that needs be reinforced up down educational system, which Sleep Medicine subspecialty training just one part. Although progress has been made this point, future will depend on sustained effort several from undergraduate continuing medical facilitated professional societies other specialties who collectively promote value outcomes clinical medicine.
