摘要: The presence of bright cores in galaxies is considerable interest since they may be the site current star formation, radio activity, black holes etc.. Probably best known case M 87 (NGC 4486) (Young et al., 1978). Recent observations core near IR by Jarvis and Melnick (1990) convincingly show that there a massive young cluster as revealed large increase strength Ca triplet lines (a strong indicator supergiants) velocity dispersion.
