摘要: This paper introduces a new harmonic-suppressed bandpass filter (BPF) using quarter guided-wavelength stepped-impedance resonator (SIR) based on the low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The voltage-null point of third harmonic is found miniaturized SIR (by choosing reasonable ratios impedance and electric length). It can be chosen as exciting location feed line in BPF design so that resultant cannot excited suppressed successfully, while passband operating at fundamental resonant frequency optimized obtained by tuning other parameters. For demonstration, LTCC designed fabricated, good agreement observed between measured simulated results.
