摘要: The relationship between organizational structure and effectiveness was examined in 33 psychiatry departments general hospitals Texas. Data were collected on 23 measures of 2 indices effectiveness. predesigned by the researchers submitted to a nationwide panel mental health experts determine their practicality. results study indicated that role specialization, centralization, standardization, mode conflict resolution most important predictors Implications for administration services are discussed.
