摘要: The electronic structure of a type-II superconductor is investigated in the vicinity an isolated vortex by solving Bogoliubov--de Gennes equations for quasiparticle amplitudes. tunneling differential conductance as function bias voltage calculated at center vortex; it shows pronounced peak near zero originating from lowest bound state. This explains recent scanning-tunneling-microscopy observations Hess {ital et} al}. (Phys. Rev. Lett. 62, 214 (1989)). Quantitative agreement with these experiments can be obtained considering several intrinsic and extrinsic broadening effects.
