Tuberculosis transmission patterns in a high-incidence area: a spatial analysis.

摘要: CONTEXTE : Dans les faubourgs Ravensmead et Uitsig de Cape Town, la tuberculose a atteint des niveaux epidemiques, avec taux declaration 1.340/ 100.000 en 1996. Ces sont caracterises par surpopulation eleves chomage pauvrete. On croit traditionnellement que transmission survient principalement dans menages apres un contact etroit sujet contagieux. Des etudes recentes ont relie localisations situees dehors du foyer associe ces style vie risque particulierement eleve. Les anthropologiques certains Town ou existent tres grand nombre debits boissons locaux (shebeens) (17/km 2 ) suggere le fait consommer commun appartient tel type vie. OBJECTIF Investiguer differents facteurs lieux utilisant systeme d'information geographique (GIS). RESULTATS ET CONCLUSION 1.128 cas demontres l'examen bacteriologique etudies pendant periode 1993 1998 l'objet d'une investigation techniques epidemiologiques geographiques d'exploration distribution maladie. Une analyse points statistiques spatiales indique regroupement grappes zones haute incidence. observe associations significatives entre declarations chomage, sub-districts denominateur. L'association plus etroite ete trouvee pauvrete qui decoule.
