摘要: Spindles may be isolated from sea urchin eggs so that some mitotic processes can reactivated in vitro. The isolation media allow spindles to remain stable for days. Transfer of the reactivation results loss birefringence and breakdown matrix within which microtubules function. If, however, tubulin either guanosine triphosphate or adenosine are present these cycle, do not break down but grow size show movements vivo spindles. most prominent is anaphase B if apparatuses (MAs) have been at a time when was initiated. When during metaphase, MAs chromosome movement or, they do, it random causes redistribution chromosomes on spindle surface. In case, such metaphase birefringence. Thus under proper conditions, cycling interact with induce resemble those seen cells case aspects A least half although coordinated true movement.
