Inner shell ionization cross sections for relativistic electrons

摘要: The cross section of electron impact ionization was determined for the K-shell in the case of the elements Ni, Y, Ag, Yb, Ta, Au and Pb at 670 and 490 keV as well as for the L-shell in the case of the elements Yb and Pb at 670, 490 and 350 keV and in the case of Ta at 670 and 490 keV. The results are compared with the theoretical calculations and the earlier experimental results.
