摘要: Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae is the etiological agent of enzootic pneumonia in swine. Various reports indicate that different strains are circulating swine population. We investigated variety M. by a newly developed genetic typing method based on polyserine repeat motif LppS homolog P146. PCR amplification using specific, conserved primers flanking region encoding motif, followed sequencing and cluster analysis was carried out. The study included isolated from geographic regions as well lysates lung swabs series pig farms Switzerland. High diversity observed but being close or operative contact generally seemed to be affected same strains. Moreover, multiple samples single indicated these harbored same, farm-specific strain. results found population specific clones responsible for local outbreaks. presented highly reproducible epidemiologic tool allowing direct clinical material without prior isolation cultivation
