摘要: The effects of eicosapentaenoic acid on synthesis and secretion cholesterol ester by cultured rat hepatocytes were studied. In the presence cellular esterification was decreased 50-75% compared to oleic as measured radioactive precursors mass. Secretion reduced 50-60% in evaluated radiolabeled fatty acids, mevalonolactone, mass measurement. Oleic, palmitic, stearic increased, whereas docosahexaenoic a acid-free control.
