摘要: In this paper, we propose a gene expression diversity-based method for discretization. By counting the numbers of samples different classes in an open intervals, calculates class distribution diversity and then genes. Based on diversity, three discretization criteria are established discretizing levels. We evaluate proposed publicly available leukemia dataset compare it with several previous methods.
