Main outcomes measures Associations history diabetes adherence regular exercise, diet body composition, clusters behaviours while adjusting potential confounders by directed acyclic graph. Results more likely adhere exercise regimen (OR=1.12, 95% CI 1.06 1.18 men OR=1.10, 1.07 1.14 women) (OR=1.06, 1.01 1.12 OR=1.06, but less have normal composition (OR=0.83, 0.78 0.87 OR=0.83, 0.80 0.86 women). These associations strengthened when members siblings, number increased or age at diagnosis younger than 50 years. In women, having is important determining cluster behaviours, those cluster. Conclusions group high risk showed behaviors, they did not composition. Policies campaigns targeting integrated behaviors will be needed reduce burden diseases improve public health.
