摘要: A directly heated cylindrical lanthanum boride cathode assembly is disclosed which minimizes generation of magnetic fields would interfere with electron emission from the cathode. The comprises a cylinder in electrical contact at one end central support shaft functions as electrode to carry current and contact, its opposite second coaxially position around so that generated by heater flowing direction through are cancelled an field coaxial flow shaft.
