摘要: Abstract Introduction The aim of this study was to review our clinical experience with endovascular treatment aortic arch aneurysms using different commercially available grafts (Gore, Talent, Endomed, Cook). Methods From 1999 2004, 97 patients received for diseases the thoracic aorta. In 30 cases (26 males, 4 females) involved. left subclavian artery overstented (Ishimaru zone ‘2’) in 18 (60%). Only first three had been revascularized. common and arteries were covered (zone ‘1’) 6 (20%) cases—all carotid reconstructed, either simultaneously (five cases) or as a staged procedure (one case). Finally, whole over-stented ‘0’) cases, simultaneous case) grafting supra-aortic vessels from ascending Results Perioperative mortality 2/30 (7%), due graft migration intra-operative stroke ‘0’), respectively. One minor observed. No paraplegia recorded. Three type I endoleaks Two resolved at months follow-up; one ‘0’ is still being followed. There surgical conversion endograft failure 2 weeks after implantation. Thus, technical success rate 87% (26/30) cases. mean follow-up time 23±17 months. new onset aneurysm-related deaths Conclusions Currently may be deployed most instances. De-branching revascularization ‘1’ seems adequate obtain satisfactory proximal landing zone.
