摘要: This study investigated the optimal conditions of high yield production cyclofructan (CF) using recombinant deletion mutant enzyme CFT108 which is constructed by N-terminal from cycloinulooligosaccharide fructanotransferase (CFTase) gene Penibacillus polymyxa. The was dependent on reaction time, substrate concentration and concentration. optimum time for industrial purpose achieved at 3 hr reaction. concentrations were found to be inulin 40 unit/ g inulin, respectively. At condition, 9.5 g/l maximum conversion efficacy achieved. For purification CF produced, mixture treated with 1 unit/ml exoinulinase then added CaO three times blowing gas, resulted in purity.
