摘要: A study of the rates incorporation in vivo labeled amino acids into tissue proteins was undertaken to find best time at which intermediates process might be found. The observed were so fast that we decided investigate some detail. L-α-aminoadipic-6-C14 acid, glycine-1-C14, L-histidine-2-C14-imidazole, L-leucine-1-C14, and L-lysine-1-C14.
