摘要: This article exposes the possibilities of integrating phytoremediation in larger context urban revitalization strategies and their spatial cultural through exemplary case studies research by design. The findings propose a simultaneous application multifaceted overlapping strategies: (1) network combining with water infrastructures open space on multiple scales; (2) space–time that include different levels pollution anticipated cleanup time at scale; (3) capitalizing variety aesthetical values plants; (4) potentials architectural heritage adaptive reuses; (5) staged phasing frameworks integrate cultural, social, educational processes; (6) interdisciplinary collaborations between scientist designers; (7) illustrative engaging visual communication techniques for staging, design, implementation. While each these is not new, they are currently practiced isolation. A this palette may embrace synergize visual, spatial, scientific, elements as multi-scalar multilayered approach thus provide synthesis valuable scientists, designers, planners, stakeholders regional municipal level. Executed, will result propagation technique to transform derelict landscapes.
