摘要: Recombinants with known gene constellations between fowl plague virus (FPV) and various prototype influenza strains have been examined for neurovirulence in suckling mice. Strongly neurotropic recombinants were obtained from crosses FPV the N, Hong Kong, PR8, but not equi 2 or swine viruses. All highly had RNA segment 4 (HA) derived (Ptra gene) other strain. The derivation of two segments polymerase complex, namely 3 (Pol 2) 5 (NP) also 8 (NS) can modulate these properties. For example, if N addition to and/or are is further enhanced, while replacement by corresponding decreases abolishes neurovirulence. genes does seem be relevant mentioned above. Of tested, turkey England (t. Engl.) strain only one which was t. Engl. kept HA still neurotropic, those completely avirulent. results demonstrated that 1. creation mice a rare event; 2. parents should multiply well mouse lungs; 3. presence cleavable hemagglutinin necessary, sufficient. In pair FPV/turkey seems determine
