Even if lesson learned most successful cases can help identify some general results specific drivers success, framework describe explain different contributions is missing. This paper offers an extensive complete literature review on ' policies, strategies practices current modern trends, trying answer open research questions field. By application Factor Analysis Multi-Dimensional Scaling, this identifies main streams address potential future directions.
