摘要: In this chapter we examine the factors that determine transport of microorganisms and nucleic acids through soil subsurface. These include microbial adhesion to detachment from solid surfaces, which are governed by physicochemical properties both porous medium surfaces surrounding solution; surface microbe; impact water saturation flow on movement. We also discuss novel approaches facilitate including ultramicrobacteria, surfactants gene transfer. Subsequently, studies documented column laboratory studies, field use tracers validate transport. Finally, mathematical models for described advection–dispersion filtration models.
