摘要: Ultrastructural repair of the morphological damages produced in nutritional muscular dystrophy was studied by refeeding dystrophic rabbits with vitamin E. Weanling (1.2 kg body weight) were fed a E-deficient diet for 24 days. Half this group then sacrificed and remainder given an initial oral dose 50 mg DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate E supplemented 28 Control animals per kilogram diet.
