摘要: Interest in collecting mileage fees for road usage is growing. However, the cost of fuel taxes relatively low, while appears to be quite high. There little actual experience with systems, but information related systems heavy vehicles, experimental and a proposed Dutch system provides starting point identifying key components. This paper summarizes from variety sources identifies areas comparison.
