摘要: Our paper presents different magnetic multilayered systems, that were fabricated in order to allow the study of giant magnetoresistance (GMR) effect and coupling two ferromagnetic layers separated by a non-magnetic one. GMR response alone, we have developed structure based on Co/Cu/Fe tri-layer system. Due difference coercive fields, H c1 Co Fe, able stabilize both parallel an anti-parallel configuration magnetizations layers, thus being observe structure. As far as exchange films is concerned, used Co/Ru/Co with varying thicknesses Ru layer. An optimum 8A for layer was obtained antiferromagnetic layers.
