摘要: Background and aim The European evidence-based guidelines (EEG) American College of Gastroenterology Guidelines (ACGG) have been published to guide the management pancreatic cystic lesions. We evaluate value both in predicting advanced lesions (A-PCLs) with preoperatively imaging-suspected mucinous neoplasms (cMNs). Methods One hundred ninety-eight patients who underwent resections from 2013 2019 for suspected cMNs were retrospectively reviewed. Receiver operating characteristic curves calculated compared measure diagnostic value. Results Sixty-two diagnosed A-PCLs pathologically. Cross-imaging modalities had comparable accuracy endoscopic ultrasound type classification prediction. curve comparison analyses showed that EEG absolute + MCN (EEGAM ) relative (EEGRM having at least one indications criteria ACGG (P = 0.21 P 0.45). For two indications, was superior EEGAM 0.001) but EEGRM 0.12). ≥ 1 indication 2 0.02). performance 0.86). Conclusion On basis cross-imaging evaluations, sets found be helpful identifying performance. criteria.
