摘要: A procedure for complete anatomic correction of transposition the great vessels is described. The technic based on concept isolating an aortic segment containing both coronary ostia and turning over to fit outflow stump left ventricle. Experimental work two clinical trials are presented discussed. We believe that this operation provides physiologic arteries in transposition. In spite failures, we think worthy further trials.
