摘要: This paper describes a study we performed on predicting the thermo-mechanical fatigue (TMF) life of nickel-based superalloy IN738LC, which is main material gas turbine blades. Gas blades experience mechanical and thermal as result centrifugal force flames. Furthermore, low cycle due to frequent startups shutdowns. In case behavior that large plastic deformation mainly occurs, can be decided by strain amplitude. The hysteresis loop should derived obtain strain. However, precise experimental techniques are required derive loop, which, in turn, require extensive time effort. Thus, it necessary develop simple method without TMF test. this study, test obtained curves. We also predicted through finite element analysis (FEA). results were verified comparison with results. As result, IN738LC FEA.
