摘要: Abstract Paediatric endoscopic surgery is greatly indebted to Karl Storz for developing paediatric instruments. In more recent years, there an increasing interest in neonates. Now complex procedures are being performed, although it will take another generation before these be generally applied. One of the key factors success training. More sophisticated training models becoming available, allowing practicing a safe environment putting procedure practice. A question performing whether such should not concentrated into centres expertise. Finally, critical appraisal warranted regard safety neonates, as they fail have cerebral autoregulation. As endoscopy may add additional risk factors, close monitoring obligatory. Level evidence V.
