摘要: Determining the volume of an ejaculate is important part processing semen in bovine AI laboratory practice. A multi-AI study was performed to estimate density whole bull semen, and whether use this value as a standard suitable for practical when different breeds processed at laboratories. The had been determined 90 ejaculates five laboratories (five breeds). results showed no effect (p=0.766), breed (p=0.279) (p=0.183). All duplicate measurements within same sample were level agreement (5%). Using mean 1.053g/ml golden therefore routine
