摘要: Abstract The two-dimensional non-stationary heat conduction equation is analytically solved in the volume of cylindrical cathode with normal glow discharge spot at one its ends. A system equations connecting surface temperature after ignition to sheath parameters formulated, and time dependence for helium calculated, taking into account influence background gas heating on radius.
