摘要: This study aimed to evaluate the lipid profile and chemical composition of fillets Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) maintained under three raising conditions, for a period 120 days. A total 2075 sexed males were utilized, allotted into two ponds one alvenaria pond. The applied treatments were: feeding with basal diet in pond; earthen pond natural through organic fertilization. experimental design was completely randomized design, ten replicates. evaluated parameters identification plankton, fatty acids contents moisture, crude protein, etereo extract ashes fillets. data subjected analysis variance means by Tukey´s test (5% significance). five predominant distinct genera zooplankton four phytoplankton found. results shown any statistical differences moisture over all tested. Therefore only animals raised fertilization system increased protein content decreased content. acid better omega-3/omega-6 ratio, higher amounts docosahexaenoic system.
