摘要: A simple sensing assay was established for label-free detection of HIV-1 protease. protease peptide substrate conjugated to magnetic beads via its N-terminus is directly fixed onto the sensor gold surface through sulphur atom cysteine. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) used study cleavage efficiency with different sizes (1 μm and 30 nm). Cyclic voltammetry faradic impedance spectroscopy were employed in order characterize functionalized electrode. It found that nano-sized are a more efficient probe Electrochemical biosensing showed gradual decrease charge transfer resistance after injection The experimental data limit 10 pg/ml, as well demonstrated drug screening assay. This biosensor represents new approach which will lead low-cost point-of-care devices sensitive diagnosis, high-throughput platforms.
