摘要: An electronic circuit (100) comprising an ACRF (110) active component (102), energy storage unit (104), input port (101) and output (102). The comprises a control (105) to the ACRF. A detector detects short at or absence of supply (101). controls function as if power connected that there is no port, stop functioning discharge from its (104) (102) port.
