摘要: Anthropologists have firmly established the need to attend paradoxes of mobile cultural and symbolic forms—these portable imaginaries belonging or exclusion—during periods transnational crisis restructuring. In this article, I examine how formations selfhood otherness come public visibility in context globalization. My review recent anthropological publications scrutinizes range possible methodological approaches social identity practices, both past present. Although contemporary scholars seek refine insights on plausible linkages between alterity, reliance select frames produces corresponding limitations research focus interpretative acuity.
