摘要: Lymphoma of gastric-mucosa-associated lymphatic tissue (MALT) type has been linked to infection with Helicobacter pylori. We investigated the effect on MALT lymphoma eradicating H pylori infection. 33 patients primary gastric low-grade associated gastritis were treated omeprazole (120 mg daily) and amoxycillin (2.25 g for 14 days eradicate In addition histology, PCR was used examine proliferation monoclonal B cells before treatment during follow-up. All had at least two post-treatment examinations, all became negative pylori, 2 after a second course. On 23 (70%) showed complete regression 4 (12%) partial lymphoma. 6 (18%) no change cure 1 chemotherapy. Of 5 surgically, found have high-grade B-cell histology resected stomach T-cell disappearance in 13 16 investigated. During median follow-up year relapse occurred. Low-grade can completely regress eradication However, longer is needed clarify whether remission lasting.
