摘要: A hazardous waste system for safely containing and monitoring any water or leachates that might exist in the system. The includes several protective layers surrounding waste, a perimeter wall to minimize horizontal slippage of cap protect from surface environment, support base including an impervious top above ground providing barrier between waste.
