摘要: Ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chloride (AMICl) is used to fine-tune the surface properties of graphene oxide (GO) sheets for fabricating ionic functionalized GO (GO-IL)/styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) nanocomposites. The morphology and structure GO-IL are characterized using atomic force microscope, X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared UV-vis spectra Raman spectra. interaction between AMICl molecules as well effects on mechanical properties, thermal conductivity solvent resistance SBR thoroughly studied. It found that can interact with via combination hydrogen bond cation–π interaction. be well-dispersed in matrix, confirmed by diffraction electron microscope. Therefore, nanocomposites incorporating exhibit greatly enhanced performance. tensile strength, tear GO-IL/SBR nanocomposite 5 parts per hundred increased 505, 362, 34 31%, respectively, compared neat SBR. This method provides a new insight into fabrication multifunctional GO-based composites. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
