摘要: Similar ranges of gibberellins (GAs) were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-immunoassay procedures in ten cultures wild-type and mutant strains Rhizobium phaseoli. The major GAs excreted into the culture medium GA1 GA4. These identifications confirmed combined gas chromatographymass spectrometry. HPLC-immunoassays also smaller amounts GA9- as well GA20-like compounds, latter being present some but not all cultures. In addition to GAs, indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) there was no obvious relationship between GA IAA that accumulated. studied included nod− fix− mutants, making it unlikely IAA- GA-biosynthesis genes are closely linked for nodulation nitrogen fixation.
