摘要: Composition adapted to form, on quiescent freezing, a flavored slush snack in the form of homogeneous combination large shale ice crystals, smaller crystals and syrup, composition having, by weight, 22-33% dextrose, 1-5% fructose, an edible acide preservative, water. Preferred embodiments include xanthan gum, sorbitol fruit juice. The is preferably packaged flexible container having low oxygen water vapor transmission characteristics.
