摘要: The mechanisms of formation and conditions the existence ripple phase are fundamental thermodynamic questions with practical implications for medicine pharmaceuticals. We reveal a new case occurring in unilamellar-supported bilayers water, which results solely from bilayer/support interaction, without using lipid mixtures or specific ions. This is detected by FRAPP diffusion coefficient measurements as function temperature: diffusivity plateau observed. It occurs same temperature range where has been observed other methods. When AFM experiments performed appropriate confirmed.
