摘要: SnSbO and SnSbFeO catalysts with low Fe content (5 at%) have been prepared compared in propene partial oxidation for different antimony contents calcination temperatures. The found to be generally more active than the catalysts, but their selectivity acrolein is slightly lower, except high Sb temperature (T > 750° C). physicochemical study has shown that iron a strong effect on structure dispersion of catalysts. i) at (Sb < 20%), presence decreases significantly size Sn(Sb)O2 solid solution particles. ii) extraction from hindered: Sb2O4 appears higher catalysts. iii) relative concentration α β oxide crystals orientations are changed by iron. iv) no difference surface enrichment detected XPS or absence iron. v) present as Fe3+ presumably also dissolved preparation. Our results favour Sb3+ - Sb5+ ions being effective sites, although superficial sites may participate catalytic process.
