摘要: Abstract The extensive use of formal analysis in decisions has often been seen as evidence the adoption a “rational”, comprehensive mode strategic decision making and rejection social interactive political modes making. Based on study role three organizations, this article suggests that contrary, processes are inextricably linked—in fact, greater need for interaction may cause analysis. elements new framework describing process within it proposed. This is based idea organizational outcome interactions between different individuals with levels authority expertise opinions motivations. then used to identify types situations which be more or less productive. It suggested excessive insufficient uses cannot blamed entirely participants' cognitive styles analytical competence.
