摘要: Evaporation is a widely used technique for developing thin films. In this study the formation of film on top substrate investigated using photothermal technique. The configuration implies illumination an opaque by modulated laser radiation and detection heat at illuminated zone. system considered as two-layer in which non-illuminated layer presents dynamic response, thickness thermophysical properties, change function time. Results modeling such system, depend evaporation rate concentration changes are presented. It was found that process constitutes dominant contribution, one observes stable long time process, certain instant, amplitude signal suddenly grows. On other hand, additional contributions (such increase concentration) involve processes cause to grow smoothly with different mechanisms involved during discussed.
