摘要: Abstract Foodborne diseases is a worldwide public health issue. This study aimed to identify food safety knowledge among consumers in Jordan throughout the different steps included handling process; specifically, purchasing, storage, and cooking. was multistage national representative where large number (n = 2500) of were approached randomly between May October 2018. A total 1612 (64.5% response rate) volunteered participate by answering self-administered questionnaire. Chi-square test used calculate relationship claimed safe purchasing risky practices at significance level (α = 0.05). ANOVA T-tests investigate if score differences affected socio-demographic parameters such as education, working status, occupation monthly income. Over half participants reported good knowledge.
